Farm Engagement in Shoreham, VT
Tosha came to see me at our farm MONTHS ago and she was confident she wanted Josh and I to shoot her wedding. AND, the bonus – Stevie, her fiance, is Sarah‘s brother. So cool to work with a wonderful family and with a similar wedding party! So the next trick was to pick a date where Stevie, Tosha, AND Jayden (Stevie’s daughter) would be available. The stars aligned, we finally were able to pin down a date … and then the spring floods came. When I messaged Tosha to ask if she wanted to brave the rain – she said: “YES!” it was HARD to get everyone in the same place at the same time. Tosha was happier to brave the rain than trying to coordinate a time that worked for everyone again.
Rainy shoots can be so fun – there’s adorable rain boots, bright umbrellas, and candid moments you don’t get when the sun shines.
And then there’s post-rainy-more-rain-on-the-horizon shoots … and those bring even light with vibrant colors. And THAT is what we got!
Can’t wait for a beautiful wedding at a beautiful farm in Shoreham at the end of July! No rain needed 🙂 But if it comes, we’ll be ready!
